What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

RTT is a non-invasive therapy that integrates elements from Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and mindfulness.

This is a personalised approach used to reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which you may carried with you since childhood. Often, these have been so deeply buried in your subconscious that you are unaware how much they are affecting you today. By changing your inner dialogue and connecting with your true self, you will be able to reach your full potential.

This highly effective therapy focuses on rewiring the brain’s neural pathways to replace outdated beliefs and negative behaviours so that you can transform what is getting in the way from living the life you want.

RTT has demonstrated impressive effectiveness across a wide range of issues. Many individuals experience significant improvements in just 1 to 3 sessions, addressing concerns such as:

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • AnxietyPhysical Pain

  • IBS

  • Sleep Issues

  • Fertility Problems

  • Confidence

  • Weight Management

  • Procrastination

  • Phobias

  • Addictions

How does it work?

RTT uses hypnotherapy to move your conscious mind out of the way, allowing you to quickly and easily access the part of your mind that runs the show; your subconscious mind.

Hypnosis makes you more suggestible, which means you are more open to both looking at the past with a fresh perspective will allow you to make a significant change to life in the present.

People will always act in line with their existing programming. This programming from our childhood and formative years is often out-dated and just like our phones needs a software update. RTT is that update.

Through accessing your subconscious mind you can identify the emotions, deep-seated thoughts, and foundational beliefs that are unknowingly driving your behaviours, habits, and repetitive actions in all areas of your life.

Once you’ve identified them they are yours to change. Through reprogramming your neural pathways which is done in the session and after it (by listening to a recording for 21 days) you can change your behaviour, habits, impulses, urges, as well as your body responses and health outcomes.

You have to change what lies beneath the surface to make real lasting changes in your life.

What makes RTT different from other therapies?

RTT is designed to extract the root cause of every client’s issues as soon as possible. In my history of practice, I observed that none of my clients were born with negative beliefs and habits; they acquired them somewhere along the way. RTT allows you to replace and release limiting beliefs, habits and ways of thinking that are no longer serving you. In exploring and understanding with you how, where and when you acquired them. You are now in a position to reframe the belief. That last part is crucial: in the process of removing their pain, RTT also helps them understand where it comes from, which means it won’t come back again.

Clients see RTT as a worthy investment because they get exactly what they want: freedom from the painful problems of their past.

The job of your subconscious mind is to constantly store data from your surroundings, which it then automatically retrieves to run your behaviour - to stay within what is safe, familiar, and known.

As you grow and mature, your subconscious mind works to create your 'self concept' or 'master programme' (which is everything you believe you are and what you believe is available to you in life).

Everything you say and do must be consistent with that programme. Without first changing that 'master programme,' your 'self-concept,' you will struggle to change and sustain any new habits and behaviours.

What hypnosis can do is access the same brain state in which you were when you created that "master programme," allowing us to deactivate the parts that are running unwanted beliefs and behaviours and programme in new parts to run new beliefs and behaviours.

The unique tools within Rapid Transformational Therapy allow you to rapidly access, reframe, remove and change subconscious programming created as a child.

You can think of this change process a bit like gardening.

Most frequently asked question about hypnosis:

Will I lose control in hypnosis?

The truth is that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis; in hypnosis, you are in your own power and control.

You can open your eyes and come-out at any time with no problems or risk.

You can still choose not to share certain details while in hypnosis - we can work with the information without you sharing all of the details if you prefer. You will only access and share information that feels safe to you.

In the RTT® session, you are not vulnerable; no one can suggest or 'programme' anything 'into you' that you would not accept.

Hypnotherapy is not mind control; rather, it is a tool for allowing yourself to change. Your subconscious mind is always eager to assist you in making your life easier.
